I started Zanshin Natural Therapies in 2017, with a passion to help clients with chronic health ailments & conditions.

I first started as a Remedial Therapist, with a special interest in connective tissue disorders.

Realising I have a passion for the powerof Aromatherapy I completed my Clinical Aromatherapy studies in 2020, and am currently studying Nutrition.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve wellness through various pathways.

When I am not treating clients or studying, you will find me in the dojo where I am both a dedicated Japanese Karate Instructor and student.
